About Me

California native, husband, father of two, and rottweiler parent.  By trade, I’m a GIS Analyst / Cartographer, but I also dabble in computer programming, web development, woodworking, photography, home brewing (honey based), putting holes in paper, and spending as much time as possible in the mountains (not very much time recently).

I have never lived anywhere outside of California, but have lived in big cities, remote mountain towns, beach towns, rural farming communities, and currently the suburbs.  I have traveled to all 48 of the contiguous states and Hawaii, but still need to make my way to Alaska and Hawaii. As of my trip to Maui, HI in March 2017, I can now say that Alaska is the last state I need to visit.
